Small kine project.....

While I was home watching my daughter on TV I was working on my school project.  It's a group project on CPR.  I purchased the poster board and labled it.  I will bring it in to school tomorrow and the girls will start putting in the information.  I did not take a picture of it because its not completed.  I will post a completed project when its done.  I also sat down and create some 3 x 3 cards and also some cards using the Swirls and Curls stamp set, which I just HAD to have.....

I used the Paisley Petals DSP, Punch Bunch clear stampset, Scallop Square punch and the Swirls and Curls stamp set.  I thought it was sooo cute.

These are 3 x 3 note cards with a holder.  I used the Punch Bunch stamp set, Scallop Square and the Sale-A-Bration So Happy for You stamp set.

Sooo cute don't yo think??

Birthday Celebrations..........

This past weekend was very busy.  My daughter was chosen to participate in the New City Nissan 6th Annual Softball Tournament.  She had games on Saturday, 5/14 and Sunday, 5/15.  Sunday's 4pm and 6pm were televised on Oc16.  On Saturday, May 14th was also my cousin's Fran's 40th Birthday.  She wanted to stay at home and celebrate with her family.  I made her a money bouquet with sunflowers and cheetah ribbon,  all the things she likes....

She just loved it!!

Another family day of Stampin Up.....

Today was a fun day of Stampin Up crafts with the family.  We made afew simple to more advanced projects.  There was a total of 7 of us in all and they made a total of 5 projects.  We started at 9:00am and didn't finish until 2:30pm.  As they say 'time flys when you're having fun'

Here is Pua holding up her project.  I was so proud of her she did most of it by herself.
Good job Pua

Pikake is holding up her 2 projects while she was eating lunch.
She started with the 2 most complicated projects.
(Thanks Kevin for the sandwiches, was ono!!)

Fran was working with Pikake on all the projects.
As we learned in  past workshops, mass produce, mass produce, mass produce......
cut, cut, cut, punch, punch, punch, stick, stick, stick!!!
DONE!!!......... NEXT!!!

Here are the 5 different projects we completed today.

First try at this of card.....

This is my first time at making this "Step-Up" type of card.  It was a little difficult but it came out pretty cute with those googlie eyes... LOL

Stressful weekend.....

Well it has been a crazy and stressful weekend.  First we were under a Tsunami warning on Thursday.  A 8.9 earthquake hit off Japan and put us on alert.  I watched the news all night.  Kauai was the first to feel the effects of the Tsunami at approximately 3:00am in the morning and it would make its way down the island chain.  To make a long story short, we were notified that there would be no work on Friday, thank the Lord because I was up all night and would be hangin all day.  I rested all day on Friday trying to catch up on sleep.  Once I was up, I made the some craft items.  They came out kind of good.
